Assessment of Contribution of Greenhouse Gases, Water Vapor, and Cloudiness to the Variations of Global Surface Air Temperature

M. A. Gusakova and L. N. Karlin

Considered are the possible reasons for variations ofglobal surface air temperature as an in¬dicator of the climate change. Analyzed are the variations of air temperature, concentration of green¬house gases and water vapor, and cloudiness observed in recent decades. A role of greenhouse effect components in the variations of global surface air temperature is assessed using the parameterization developed.
