A NONLINEAR MODEL FOR PROBABILITY DENSITY FUNCTIONS OF LONG-TERM CASPIAN SEA LEVEL VARIATIONS

A nonlinear model of long-term Caspian Sea level variations is described. The effect of evaporation from the North Caspian and the outflow of seawater to the Bay of Kara-Bogaz Gol on long-term sea level variations is estimated. Probability density functions obtained from the Fokker–Planck–Kolmogorov equation are given.
