INVESTIGATION OF THE INFLUENCE OF ELECTRICAL CHARGES ON PHASE AND MICROSTRUCTURAL WATER TRANSFORMATIONS IN CLOUDS

Results of experimental evaluations and laboratory experiments are given. The aim of experiments is to study the influence of electric charges on fog microstructure. It is shown that electric charges can in certain conditions raise the freezing temperature of droplets, enlarge fog particles considerably, increase crystal concentration and change crystal forms, facilitate ionization of the medium, and provide a sharp growth of a cloud space charge.
