WARM FOG DISPERSAL ON HIGHWAYS BY ELECTROSTATIC FILTERS

An electrostatic precipitator technique is proposed for dissipating warm fogs. Cloud-chamber experiments and field tests of the electrostatic system installed on the Venice—Trieste highway are described.
