THE ACCURACY OF MEAN DAILY VALUES WITH A DECREASED NUMBER OF OBSERVATIONS (BY EXAMPLE OF AIR TEMPERATURE)

V. I. Kondratyuk, T. P. Svetlova, and I. V. Dalyuk

Quantitative estimates for an accuracy of the diurnal course of air temperature are obtained for a decreased number of observations at stations located in different time zones. It is shown that mean daily values calculated from data of observations at currently established times do not always correspond to true mean values.
