MODELING MAIN COMPONENTS OF THE BASIC SALT COMPOSITION OF RIVER WATER

An ion-associative model of river water is constructed using the software package Selector by minimizing Gibbs energy. A river in Primor'e, the Razdolnaya, is chosen as a model region for calculating the equilibrium water composition. Average data of hydrochemical analysis of the Razdolnaya River water for the period from 1972 to 1990 are used. Prevailing forms of the main components of the basic salt composition of river water are found for different hydrological seasons. A change in the chemical composition of water with respect to the basic ions is established from migration curves.
