OPTIMIZATION OF INFORMATION FLOWS ON POLLUTION EMISSIONS INTO THE ATMOSPHERE AND DISCHARGES INTO SURFACE WATERS FROM VARIOUS BRANCHES OF INDUSTRY IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Simple models of evolution of pollution emissions (discharges) are studied. The model information is more compact than primary information and in some cases it can replace large volumes of primary information. Some examples characterizing the industry in the Russian Federation for a decade are used as an example.
