The review presents the results from the system of total ozone (TO) monitoring over the CIS and Baltic countries, which operates in on-line regime at the Central Aerological Observatory (CAO). The monitoring system primarily users data of the domestic M-124 filter ozonometer network operating under the supervision of the Central Aerological Observatory; the performance of the whole system is operationally controlled through observations made with the help of TOMS/EP satellite equipment. To demonstrate the network performance, the results of intercomparison between TO observations made at separate stations and TOMS/EP data are given. Besides, regular ozone observations in the atmospheric surface layer performed by CAO in the green belt of Moscow since 1991 are described.
