TIME CORRELATIONS OF THE VERTICAL GRADIENT OF THE ATMOSPHERIC REFRACTIVE INDEX IN EASTERN RUSSIA

Time correlation functions of the vertical gradient of the refractive index in the lower 300-m layer of the atmosphere with a time shift of one, two, and three days are calculated and analyzed on the basis of decadal data of 30 aerological stations located in Eastern Siberia and the Far East of Russia. Five types of seasonal variations of the correlation functions are identified depending on physio¬graphic and climatic features of the regions.
