FORECAST OF THE WINTER RUNOFF OF MAJOR TRIBUTARIES OF LAKE BAIKAL

Forecasting dependences of the winter runoff of three major tributaries of Lake Baikal on their summer-fall water content have been obtained from field data. The expediency of inclusion of the trend runoff components in the equations is estimated. Verification on independent data has shown satisfactory accuracy of the calculations.
