INDICES OF WEATHER IMPACT ON THE ECONOMY: ESTIMATION OF THE COEFFICIENT OF UNPREVENTED LOSSES

A comprehensive analysis of possible conditions for calculating the coefficient of unprevented losses is presented. The examined spectrum of threshold conditions and the calculation formulas suggested allow the coefficient to be fully characterized in the context of user interests.
